  32. finally tried to _answer_ the _original_ question!!! :)

  34. I've also heard that it fixes the IDE HD spin-up problem.  I've gotten
  35. around that problem in my A4000, so are there any other features in 3.1
  36. that justify the upgrade cost?  A concise answer from a user's point
  37. of view is fine with me, I don't need to know about changes on the
  38. programming level.
